The Movement returns in vogue and Beppe Grillo goes back on stage. A significant return with a new show, after 5 years of absence between a pandemic, a “creative” and above all “political” crisis given how things had turned out. But now, after the split of Luigi Di Maio which had made people fear the worst,
the new five stars redesigned in the image and likeness of Giuseppe Conte have regained altitude.
A diametrically opposite political season compared to before: from populists to progressives. To such an extent that the Five Star leader, with his pacifist and anti-weapons battle
(despite being the premier who reached the military spending record)
is putting the left in serious difficulty: both the movementist one and the one linked to the Democratic Party.

It is in this context, much more favorable, that the founder Beppe Grillo accelerated his return to the stage with the new show: “I am the worst”, with a tour that will start from Orvieto on February 15th, and then touch all the main Italian theaters. A show that is presented as «the show of revelations, where everyone is involved and no one is excluded. From religion to silent economic wars, passing through the metaverse, to the dark side of environmentalism ».

There is strong expectation for this raising of the curtain, with Grillo who
he should continue to stay away from politics: “I’ll take a step to the side,” he said long ago.
After all, during the last election campaign he never showed up, including at the closing event in Rome, with hundreds of supporters present. Not even an intervention at the political school wanted by Conte and only one, very quick, visit to the first real headquarters of the Movement, in via Campo Marzio. All curious aspects for Grillo, who in any case remains plenipotentiary in the shadows: by statute it is the guarantor (ie it has the power to intervene on any key decision of the party) and above all it is the owner of the symbol, the real patrimony of consensus of the Five Stars.
