The objective of the document approved by Palazzo Madama is to streamline and speed up the procedures for organizing, in 2024, conferences, educational and training initiatives, archival digitization and various types of events that promote the memory of Matteotti, particularly in places where which he was the protagonist.

For example, among the projects already presented (and which will be evaluated and selected by a commission created ad hoc) there is that relating to the House Museum of Fratta Polesine (in the province of Rovigo) which should be assigned a particular economic endowment, in addition and for the promotion of events, to support maintenance and restoration interventions necessary for the public use of the museum itself.
