Not at all. Nothing. Musk’s probable shopping list, on the other hand, is not yet public at the time of going to press, but is easily understood: electric cars, green energy (to be produced, stored and distributed), satellites and space launchers. And then, not so secretly, a political side to repel the regulatory war of the European Commission on the rules for digital platforms. In the most cynical of hypotheses, Musk may be planning to use Italy as a backup baker: someone who knows how to cook at least one technological mortadella michetta, in case the sophisticated baguette he’s trying to get from Macron comes at a price – economic and political – too high. Yes, because instead the French cousins ​​have a technological agenda to hire Musk very clear in their heads, and they have also displayed it in public, not without the inevitable grandeur.
