Flood decree, Pd amendment suppressed: “An oversight”, “No, a white coup”

Just “an oversight” for the majority. A “white coup” according to the opposition. In the end, the amendment to the Flood Decree presented by the Democratic Party was suppressed and approved unanimously by the Environment Commission which had received a halt from the State Accounting Office, causing the approval of the entire emergency decree to be postponed to Monday.
