«I believe it is unacceptable that pets can enter everywhere and cannot enter just the offices of those who write the laws, including the constitutional reform which included the protection of animals in the Constitution. Making controversy about this is really instrumental and incomprehensible ». The proposed regulation refers to national laws and refers to the various international charters of principles, from the Council of Europe to UNESCO. Allows access of animals only in spaces “intended for the activity of parliamentary groups, senators and employees” excluding common areas, the Aula, room where commissions are held, library and refreshment areas.
