Working in the South, the ranking of the best companies: Puglia and Abruzzo are in the lead among the regions

Work in the South
Over a lifetime a person works for more than 90,000 hours according to a calculation by the Glickon Observatory. When it comes to work, therefore, one place is not worth another. There are companies where employees are happier to work and Great Place to Work Italia, a research and consultancy company that analyzes the corporate climate, has compiled a ranking of the best companies in southern Italy for the first time. The study took into consideration several indicators, such as “fairness”, “benefit”, “trust” and others, and on the basis of these it has identified eight “Best Workplaces in South Italy”, the best places to work in Southern Italy. They are small and medium enterprises with less than 500 employees which, at least for some of the factors examined, obtain even better results than their counterparts in the Centre-North. Most are found in Puglia and Abruzzo, none in Sicily and Sardinia.
