Galeazzo BignamiBrothers of Italy, deputy minister of transport at high altitude is worried. “With this logic – he says – any work is at risk, thus endangering the entire structure of the Pnrr in our country”. The alarming logic which, he says “risks blowing everything up”, is that contained in the 55-page sentence of the Puglia TAR which on Wednesday accepted the appeal of some citizens and an environmental committee for the annulment of the regional resolution which authorized the new Bari Sud railway junction, a 406 million euro project, of which more than half from Pnrr funds. The news could not but make noise. This is the first stop by a court of a work financed by the European plan. The decision of the administrative court is based, among others, on one reason.
