An agreement on a basket of consumer products at controlled prices is the extraordinary initiative proposed by the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, at the table with large-scale retailers.

At the end of the discussion with the Minister of Agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida and with the companies in the pasta supply chain, Urso declared that it was a significant comparison with a sector that determines the country’s food basket.
Tomorrow – he specified – I will meet the representatives of large-scale retail trade. At the end of these meetings we will define a policy, with the consent of the actors, to accelerate the drop in prices that is already manifesting itself, meeting the primary needs of citizens”.
