Treating professionals as employees is not a way of protecting them but of betraying them

Yesterday the Senate floor unanimously approved the bill on fair compensation. The Deputy Minister of Justice, Francesco Paolo Sisto, commented: “We are one step away from the goal: recognition of full economic dignity for professional services. No more leonine pacts against professionals, especially young people, and no more halter contracts”.
