After last week’s postponement – officially for “personal reasons” of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni – the Council of Ministers will be held today at 6 pm with the new highway code strongly desired by Matteo Salvini at the center. Restrictions on drunk driving, rules for “novice drivers” and rules to protect those who travel by bike or scooter: these are the main innovations that will then be explained in detail by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure.
There is still uncertainty, however, about the possibility that the commissioner for the reconstruction of Emilia-Romagna, after the violent floods that hit the region more than a month ago.
