This was learned from sources close to the judicial circles. Margherita Agnelli had requested a share of the assets of her mother, Marella Agnelli Caracciolo, wife of Gianni Agnelli (who died three years ago), which she had renounced with an agreement stipulated in 2004. Marella Agnelli Caracciolo, who died in February 2019, sixteen years after the husband Gianni Agnelli, left everything to his nephews John, Lapo and Ginevra Elkann. She included a 2013 Panda 4×4.
