The former Palermo prosecutor Scaletta, now a member of the CSM, is investigated. The accusation: “The brother-in-law recommended”

The former deputy prosecutor of Palermo Dario Scaletta, newly elected member of the Higher Council of the Judiciary, is being investigated for abuse of office by the Caltanissetta prosecutor. “I learn from the press, I am calm and at the disposal of the judicial authority of Caltanissetta”, comments Scaletta. The investigation stems from the complaint presented in the spring by the Rappa entrepreneurs (assisted by the lawyer Raffaele Bonsignore), builders involved in mafia investigations who were seized (and then returned) assets worth hundreds of millions of euros.
