The mapping of the maritime state property

Fratelli d’Italia has entrusted the majority rapporteurs Alberto Balboni and Dario Damiani with two further modification proposals of fundamental importance. The first asks for a further five-month extension of the delegation to the government for the sole mapping of maritime, river and lake state property. The second proposed amendment aims to prevent the Municipalities and other granting bodies from autonomously deciding on the calling of public tender procedures, in the absence of defined criteria, also for the purpose of preventing further disputes. The path taken is not decisive, the FdI deputy points out, but highlights the clear political will of FdI and the majority forces in defense of the companies in the sector. This will have to be followed by a further phase of dialogue with the European Commission with the aim of arriving at a definitive solution to the age-old affair.
