Singles and couples without children

In fact, the beneficiaries of the measure are identified among citizens belonging to households made up of at least three people, with an ISEE not exceeding 15,000 euros. In fact, therefore, couples, singles and singles with a child are left out. The assignment criteria give priority to families with three members, at least one of whom is under the age of 14, giving priority to families with the smallest members. Secondly to families with three members, at least one of whom is a minor, and then to families with three members with no age limit. Being single or not having children does not in itself represent a reason for exclusion, but these categories would benefit from the social card only if they had to advance resources. Which is unlikely given that the lists of beneficiaries drawn up by INPS are already closed.

Beneficiaries of basic income, Naspi, Cig

To these categories that remain cut off are added those that are explicitly excluded from the benefit. In this regard, the website of the Ministry of Agriculture states that the contribution not attributed to households that include holders of: citizen’s income; income of inclusion (or any other measure of social inclusion or support for poverty), Naspi and social unemployment benefits for Dis-Coll collaborators); mobility allowance; solidarity funds for income integration; redundancy fund (Cig) or any other form of wage integration for involuntary unemployment provided by the State.
