Seen from Brussels, the explosion, even in parliamentary terms, of what, until a month ago, seemed to be a complicated agreement but not exactly destined for premature wear and tear, must now appear, with the joint Italian groups poised on the edge of the abyss, a bizarre little understandable, perhaps a bluff.
