Pensions, the government-union confrontation is back

Perhaps the most important chapter for pension reform, the one concerning young people, arrives on the table of discussions between the Ministry of Labor and the trade unions on Wednesday. After the meeting on 26 June on incentivized redundancies, the negotiations will continue on July 18 on flexibility, on September 5 on women’s options and on September 18 on supplementary pensions. All in view of the 2024 Budget Lawalso because some decisions are mandatory, given that Quota 103, the same Women’s Option and the Ape sociale will expire on 31 December, all channels that allow certain categories to retire before the normal requirements: 67 years for the old-age pension o 42 years and 10 months of contributions (one year less for women) for the early one.
