Milleproroghe, mortgages for young people, dehors and Superbonus villas: what’s in the decree and what’s skipped

Stop the Superbonus for villas

There will be no extension from 31 March to 30 June of the 110% Superbonus for villas. The amendment by the Brothers of Italy to the Milleproroghe decree which provided for this possibility is destined to be skipped. Among the proposals that the government has decided to withdraw there are also the one on capital gains in the sport sector and the amendment which allowed until 31 December 2026 to derogate from the ban on retired Public Administration employees being appointed to top positions in institutions, institutions or companies of a national nature, under the jurisdiction of the state administration, by constitutional bodies, subject to the favorable opinion of the parliamentary commissions.
