In the Arten Uss case, Nordio orders checks on the judges of Milano-Corriere.it

Justice Minister Carlo Nordio ordered investigations against the magistrates of Milan in relation to the escape of Artem Uss, the Russian citizen accused of espionage and who escaped from house arrest.

Sources in via Arenula indicate that the Minister of Justice has ordered inspections in recent days. In particular, under the magnifying glass there would be the decision to replace the measure of detention in prison with house arrest for the Russian citizen for whom extradition to the United States had been ordered.
