Here is the alternate councilor, the proposal from the center-right in Calabria

Have you been elected to the Regional Council and are you nominated councillor? The substitute comes in your place. The proposal comes from the center-right majority in Calabria and the aim is simple: to protect the members of the junta, who remain warm in the seat, and at the same time offer some places to those who have remained outside.

The bill is supported by the five group leaders of the center-right forces in the Region, whose president is the force supporter Mario Occhiutois entitled “introduction of incompatibility between the office of councilor and the office of regional councilor”, conceived “with a view to separating legislative power from executive power”.
