For the bathing establishments, there is a need for a reform, not a disguised extension

The seaside resorts often make pasta with clams, normal, but Italy with clams, exorcised from the liberal castes of all time, rightly solicits the mistrust of a few Italians who consider themselves Orthodox Europeansin some cases they prefer dry holidays in the Engadine, and of many, very many, Europeans they find atrociously unfair a system in which whoever had had and whoever gave gave, which is the supremely anti-normative logic of the fait accompli. It must be said, in fairness, that acquired rights to be defended as such, i.e. as acquired, as accomplished facts, are at the center of the great battles over welfare and pensions, which are sanctified everywhere by strikes and demonstrations of indignant force, but it is obvious that the support income for an elderly citizen who has paid the statutory contributions and the retirement age or health protection are different from the entrepreneurial income of a bathing establishment managed with family criteria by divine right to bath and umbrella. So you have to be sharp-eyed and strict with those who traditionally have the license, let’s say it’s not a free ride but easy, out of a normal competition or competition: but up to what point, in what context? Here comes the clash between the norm or Norma and the pragma or Pragma, that is the (accomplished) fact. And here arises the problem of political initiative, in particular of the oppositions.
