The Presidency of the Council of Ministers has presented a request for revocation of the constitution as a civil party in the ‘Escort’ trial underway in Bari against the leader of FI, Silvio Berlusconi. Berlusconi is accused of inducing to lie with the accusation of having paid for the lies told by the businessman from Bari Gianpaolo Tarantini to the prosecutors who investigated the escorts brought between 2008 and 2009 to the residences of the then Prime Minister.

The deed was filed this morning through the attorney Joseph Zuccaro. On 13 February Palazzo Chigi had revoked its constitution as a civil party in the “Ruby ter” trial, which ended in Milan with the acquittal of, among others, the former prime minister “because the fact does not exist”.
