“Enough with gays on TV, we need the popular language of Giorgia”. Rai distances itself from Lippi: “Harmful phrases, excluding a collaboration”

«Some of Claudio Lippi’s statements reported by the media are detrimental to the reputation of Rai and its managers. Therefore, any type of collaboration with the conductor is to be excluded. This was announced by Viale Mazzini, following statements by Lippi reported in La Stampa. «Enough with the propaganda of the Fazios and Annunziatas. Enough of the “kultura” with the k», says the host. “We need Giorgia’s popular language”, he adds, also hoping for “less gay men and women” on TV who have worked “just for being gay” in recent years.
