The Undersecretary of Justice, Andrea Delmastro, should not have reported to his party mate (as well as roommate), Giovanni Donzelli, the content of the Dap information on the talks between Alfredo Cospito and the two mafiosi at 41 bis. Interviews then revealed by Donzelli to the entire Chamber of the Chamber on live national television. Several personalities who in recent years have held top positions in the Department of Prison Administration (Dap) confirm this to Il Foglio. Cospito’s talks were in fact contained in information not covered by secrecy, but nonetheless of a confidential nature.
