The last meeting promoted by the Seventh Commission of the CSM with the public prosecutors and the national anti-mafia and anti-terrorism prosecutor took place today at Palazzo dei Marescialli, in view of the preparation of the new circular on the organization of the prosecuting offices.
The proceedings began, after the greeting address of the vice president of the CSM Fabio Pinelli, with the presentation of the president of the Seventh Commission, the robed Marco Bisogni, who underlined how the Commission has chosen to proceed with the rewriting of the circular with a « new and participatory method» with hearings open to all prosecutors (over 200 magistrates have been heard since March).
