“I am very satisfied with the work done, for two fundamental reasons: first, we wrote a budget law that does not limit itself to accounting work but makes political choices, in just a month we wrote a finance law that follows and describes a political vision “. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said so in a press conference, explaining the contents of the maneuver approved during the night together with her government ministers. “When you take care of your budget and resources are lacking, you don’t worry about consensus but about what is the right thing to do to make the family grow in the best possible way, choices are made and responsibilities are assumed”, added the head of the government. “It is a courageous, coherent financial law that bets on the future”.
Regarding the specific measures, Meloni also underlined how this maneuver “demonstrates that it is a measure aimed at the middle class, which does not favor the rich and recognizes the sacrifices of those who work”.
