Because the Superbonus super hole is a failure of our democracy

How was this possible? Spent 120 billion of construction bonuses, about 6 points of GDP. Two thirds of the Pnrr (190 billion) which however is spent over a longer period of time. Double the resources used (60 billion) to address the most serious energy crisis of the last 50 years. The concessions beyond any economic logic, together with the unlimited transfer of tax credits, have also produced about 50 billion of budget holes.
