Paycheck richer for Marelli’s blue overalls. Not without controversy. The employees of the auto components company sold by Stellantis to the US Kkr fund will receive an average gross bonus for 2022 of 1,810 euros; the prize is the result of the old agreement signed in March 2019 by Fim, Uil, Ugl, Fismic and Aqcfr with the former Fiat. Fiom, which did not sign the agreement, now reiterates the need to “guarantee the prize to everyone”. In fact, Marelli has canceled the specific employment contract (Ccsl) and this year he will return to the national collective agreement, the one they ratify with Federmeccanica.
