Inter president Steven Zhang has to deal with three different proceedings for a debt of 300 million

Legal proceedings continue against Inter president Steven Zhang for the 300 million unpaid lawsuit against China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation (Ccba). They would be tre the hearings scheduled in the coming months between Hong Kong and Milan, after the creditors had opened a dispute in the US in recent months with the intention of obtaining information from the major Western financial institutions (Goldman Sachs, Oaktree Capital Management and Bain Capital) on the relationship between Inter and Zhang.

These are three different proceedings, the first of which — according to the documents consulted by Football and Finance — will leave next July 10 for Hong Kong. It will concern the debtor examination, that is examination of the debtor. In this context, Zhang will be interrogated orally and asked if he has debts, how many debts he is owed and what other assets or means he has to satisfy the sentence with which he was forced to repay the over 300 million debts with China Construction Bank Corporation. Furthermore, the president of Inter must also produce any book or document in his possession or power relating to his own assets and liabilities.

On 12 July, however, everything will move to Italy, to the court of Milan, with the request for recognition of the sentence also in Italy. If this were the case, the creditor Chinese banking institutions would have the green light to get their hands on any asset present in our country that can be traced back to the president of Inter. Furthermore, the creditors are not giving up the lawsuit filed in the civil court which requests the annulment of the minutes of the board of directors of the Nerazzurri club which establishes that Zhang does not receive compensation for his position as president. For this affair, the date of 12 September was indicated by Judge Alima Zana.
