The working climate in Italy

How do you work in Italy? What is the state of health of the employees of the Bel Paese? These are the questions underlying the research on the corporate climate carried out by Dynamo Academy in collaboration with Euromedia Research. A survey that ranks the opinions and experiences of Italians with respect to the issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. The survey, carried out between 19 and 22 September 2022, involved 800 Italian citizens of age with a job. The positive fact is that satisfaction with the environment / company climate increases compared to last year’s surveys: the 59.6% of the sample satisfied or very satisfied (55.9% in 2021). Most people referring to direct experiences have defined their own work context as non-racist (84.3%), non-homophobic (79.4%) and egalitarian (68.5%). The perception of the company’s commitment to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion also increased (+ 13.5%), reaching 50.7% of the total sample. The good news ends here.
