In the government, Salvini and his League – after years lost behind the not very successful idea of a “national party” – are in a hurry on the differentiated autonomy of the regions. An interesting discussion on the subject will be held tomorrow in Venice organized by Confindustria, in which companies will try to understand from Minister Calderoli, the president of Veneto Zaia and that of Campania De Luca what they really can expect. 22 years have passed since the modification of articles 116, 117 and 119 of the Constitution, approved in a referendum after having been approved with a majority of 4 votes in parliament. 5 have passed since the referendums in Lombardy and Veneto on differentiated autonomy. But with the Conte governments, the draft agreements on the requests of the regions ran aground. A study commission was set up. The idea of a framework law was born. But even in the Draghi government the draft passed from the table of Minister Boccia to that of Minister Gelmini. And now we are at Calderoli’s initiative.
