The Northern League minister dreamed of punishing drunk and drugged driving, but he discovered that the sanctions already existed, while the checks did not. Thus the bill becomes a set of redundant measures

Matthew Salvini he didn't take it well. Thursday's postponement of the cabinet meeting forced him to postpone a press conference he cared about very much. The Minister of Transport, 20 years after the introduction of the points licence, he dreamed of presenting his "new highway code". A bombastic label for a bill of 18 articles that introduces some innovations, but has very little revolutionary.
