Who can attend the residences?
The ashes of the former premier are placed in the mausoleum of Villa San Martino alongside those of his mother Rosa, his father Luigi and his sister Maria Antonietta. The problem of how to divide these luxurious properties among the brothers (but also the garages in Milan 2, Villa La Lampara in Cannes, land for 15 million in Brianza, etc.) does not exist for one simple reason: they belong to a real estate holding company, the Dolcedrago, which will simply be divided into hereditary proportions: about 30% each by Marina and Pier Silvio, 13.3% each by Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi. This simplifies financial management and allows sharing of honors and burdens. On the other hand, they will agree on attendance at the residences without counting the shares.

Outside of corporate cages, four buildings remain of which the former leader of Forza Italia had personal ownership. The first is the historic residence in Milan-San Gimignano. The second is the villa “Due Palme” in Lampedusa. The third was one of Berlusconi’s favorite retreats outside Brianza: Villa Campari on Lake Maggiore. Finally, the fourth: two rooms in Trieste bequeathed by an eccentric artist from Trieste. Total real estate, hands down, 6-700 million. The most complex chapter concerns the division of all those assets for which an inventory will be necessary: furniture, works of art, furnishings, etc. On the boats there would already be a tacit usage agreement between the brothers. The real question mark concerns the legendary hangar with 24,000 paintings. Will it really be there? And, above all, does it contain works of value?
