Those who argue that the decree of May 1 increases the so-called precariousness due to the changes to the discipline of the fixed-term contract do not escape the following alternative: or they are ignorant in the sense that they don’t know the troubled regulatory path that has affected the institute in the last twenty years; or they are in bad faith and lead an instrumental polemic with purely political aims. Since it is presumed, until proven otherwise, that union leaders are not ignorant of the rules, their bad faith is evident.
