The thin line of anxiety between clubs and gazebos on the Bonaccini side

Calculations, data, reasoning, optimism and pessimism in the headquarters of the former president of Emilia-Romagna. And some fear that not asking for current support could be a deficit against Schlein

“It depends on the eye of the beholder”. A PD MP supporter of Stefano Bonaccini jokes bitterly who finds himself having to comment on the figure released by the circles: “We went well, but some say they could have gone better”. And in short, there is the outgoing secretary Enrico Letta who rejoices on social media (“extraordinary result of political participation … we are proud of our community”), and never mind if from Youtrend, on Twitter, they answer him that the voters “are 37,571 less than the previous time, in 2019”. And then there is the former minister Andrea Orlando who warns cryptic: the outcome of the primaries is not obvious. In the middle there is the pride and (positive) prejudice of those who think, says a PD senator, Bonaccini motion, “that in any case participation will be high and this will help us”, but also the (negative) pride and prejudice of those who see, they explain in some of Bonaccini’s rooms, “that in the big cities these last days will be very important for us”.
