The return of Bonafede. The former Minister of Justice, on the fringes of politics since the end of the Conte II government and not re-nominated for the 5 Star Movement due to the second term constraint, was elected among the six lay members of the Presidency Councils of the Court of Auditors, of the judiciary administration and taxation. The green light came from the Chamber thanks to a majority-Movement 5 Star agreement, with the deputies of the Democratic Party who did not participate in protest against the agreement.

Alfonso Bonafede, a long-standing candidate for this new position, thus enters the presidency council of tax justice together with the Northern League Carolina Lussana. The elected are, for the Administrative Justice, Eva Sonia Sala and the former M5s senator who later moved to the Lega Francesco Urraro. For the Court of Auditors Vito Mormando and Filippo Vari.
