Performance bonus increased by 250 euros and a 16% increase to be paid by the company on the portion converted into welfare. This is the agreement signed by the National Coordination of Rsuv for the Lactalis-Galbani-biG Group which will be valid until 2025.
The agreement, according to the unions, concerns the Corteolona, Certosa, Casale, Melzo and Introbio plants, the logistics base of Ospitaletto Lodigiano, the Milan office and the commercial network of the Lactalis Group, for a total of over 2,500 employees. The national secretariats of Fai Cisl, Flai Cgil and Uila Uil write: The agreement reached certainly represents a positive sign of good functioning of union relations. What has been signed will now be submitted to the final evaluation of the workers at the site level in the individual assemblies.
Among the many other results achieved, there is the strengthening of continuous training, also through the use of a digital platform, and above all the sharing of a process of stabilization of the current pool of workers hired on temporary contracts, which in 2023 will lead to 69 stabilizations for an indefinite period. For the economic part, as mentioned, the performance bonus was increased by 250 euros and a 16% increase is foreseen to be paid by the company on the portion converted into welfare.
