In the case of the Visibilia company, of which Santanch was president until last January, the Public Prosecutor’s Office recently filed for bankruptcy and, according to what has been learned, an investigation has also been opened for bankruptcy and false corporate communications in which former directors are being investigated , including Santanch.

The Prosecutor’s Office, as can happen in these cases, may not provide an answer to the suspect on the entry in the register if the latter has been classified.

It was already known two days ago that the defense had presented an application to request the notification of registration under investigation. Now, from what we read in the document, it can be reconstructed that the lawyer Nicol Pelanda, one of Santanch’s lawyers, yesterday presented the request and today the answer from the Prosecutor’s Office arrived: There are no registrations open to communication.

As far as is known, the bankruptcy proceedings are based on a provision, Article 238 of the bankruptcy law, which allows you to investigate, even before the bankruptcy sentence for a company, when serious reasons concur and already exists or is simultaneously presented application for judicial liquidation. And this is the case.
