Daily life intertwined with digital and virtual spaces … Hybrid lifethe theme of BookCity Milan 2022, the popular festival of books and reading that takes place from Wednesday 16 to Sunday 20 November in the Lombard capital, with over 3,000 authors and guests on the program. The new issue of la Lettura, # 572, previewed on Saturday 12 November in the App and Sunday 13 on newsstands, will be 72 pages, with the entire first part dedicated to the review.

The newsletter of the supplement is also dedicated to BookCity, arriving on Friday 11th: via email, some previews in a text by Ida Bozzi and the opening preview of the novel Like the wind from Geraldine Brooks (Neri Pozza, from 15 November). The Pulitzer Prize-winning author, one of BookCity’s guests, interviewed by Viviana Mazza in the new issue of the supplement.

The newsletter of la Lettura arrives via email on Friday to subscribers (from here) and subscribers to the supplement App. The one on Friday 11 as usual also offers advice from the editorial staff on what to read, watch and listen to. Digital readers also find in the App the Theme of the Day, the digital-only extra newspaper: that of Friday 11 a journey, signed by Helmut Failoni, in ethnomusicology, discipline born at the end of the nineteenth century and which from music extends to ethnology and anthropology.

In addition to the Theme of the Day and the most recent issue of the preview insert already on Saturday, the App de la Lettura (downloadable from the App Store and Google Play) also offers the archive of all the issues released since 2011.
