Superbonus, until when is the extension for villas?
The 110 bonus for owners of single-family units, the so-called villas, who have completed at least 30% of the works as of 30 September 2022 has been extended until 30 September 2023. Compared to the old deadline of 31 March, there will be six more months. This is one of the main novelties of the Credits decree, which on Wednesday 5 April obtained the definitive go-ahead in the Senate. And now it has to be signed into law by April 17th.
