The job boom embarrasses the CGIL

Employment data point to a gradual and steady improvement. Even from a qualitative point of view, stable work grows much more than fixed-term work, female employment is also growing a little faster than male employment and the unemployed and inactive are decreasing at the same time (which is rare) because both those looking for work and those who find it are growing (the employment rate rises to 61.2% and compared to May 2022 both the number of people looking for work decreases, -4.8%, equal to -98 thousand units, both the number of inactive people between 15 and 64 years of age).
