The incongruous sphere of external competition and the mafia deep state

For some sectors of the judiciary and the apparatuses, for the media-judicial concert, reality cannot be what one sees. And it takes a shadow crime to make the endless web of conspiracy theories coherent

On the fact that external competition in a mafia association is incongruous and illogical, and that aiding and abetting relative to a material crime is enough to frame the person colluding with the mafia with legal certainty, avoiding arbitrariness and normative or jurisprudential interpretation, I am actually of the opinion everyone agrees somewhat, from Nordio to Spadaro who support opposing theses yet do not deny, one the repressive effectiveness of interventions against the institutional covers of criminals in the field of crimes of association, the other the prevalence, in the crime which is not a crime, of the interpretation of the defined and precise rule.
