The Grande Torino between Valentino Mazzola and Zeus

Every 4th May, as a grenade fan, I have to honor the memory of Grande Torino, a team which, thanks to the beauty of its game and its victories, contributed to the happiness of a country which was recovering from the rubble of the Second World War. That 4 May 1949, the day of the tragic plane crash in Superga, the country united in boundless pain. Now it will become a historic date also for the many Napoli fans: the day of the third Scudetto. As in every aspect of life, joy and pain intertwine, chase each other, move symmetrically.
