Signs are multiplying that the Eurozone could escape the feared recession. After the improvement in the macro data that emerged from the latest ECB bulletin, S&P’s flash estimates for January’s European PMI indices arrive, showing values ​​above expectations, offering proof that the optimism about the improvement in the economy is not based on air. The most important index, the manufacturing PMI, is up to 48.8 from 47.8 in December, while for the services sector the indicator should settle at 50.7 from 49.8 last month.
