The company best practices collected by the CISL, a “push” to deepen the debate on wages

Modest suggestion: let’s take seriously the popular initiative bill on “participation in work” presented these days by the CISL. The declared objective is to “a corporate governance participated by the workers”, in substance it is a relaunch of the reflections on economic democracy which are a sort of karstic river of Italian trade unionism and in some way also of the modernist left (at the time it was an idea dear to the intellectuals of Mondoperaio).
