Exactly 75 years after the promulgation of the Constitution of the Italian Republicthe Senate satellite channel transmits today, thanks also to the collaboration with the Raiperiod images and recent testimonies, very rare films with the Fathers of the Fatherland alternating with documents and initiatives of our day.

The programming opens with the documentary «Constitutional Italy. A story in images from the collections of the Senate», with shots of Palazzo Giustiniani and the collections of the Giovanni Spadolini Library. Below is the video dedicated to the projects of some of the winning schools of the competition «From parliamentary classrooms to school classrooms. Constitution lessons. The competition is reserved for upper secondary school students, with the aim of deepening the value of one or more articles of the Italian Constitution and illustrating their meaning through a digital work.

SenatoTV also offers other films on the fundamental principles and history of the Constitutionalso through the special publications of Palazzo Madama and the coins and stamps, kept in the Senate, which celebrate the Signature of the Fundamental Charter of the Republic.
