The 24-year-old tennis player from Rimini from Villa Verucchio, number 102 in the world, defeated the Austrian in the final Julia Grabber, n. 74 in the ranking, in three sets with a score of 6-4 5-7 7-5, gained in two hours and 48 minutes of play. The Romagna player, in her third career final, had reached the last act for the second time in a tournament on the major circuit after Palermo 2022. Bronzes thus becoming the fifth Italian in the golden register of the tournament after Rita Grande (2003), Alberta Brianti (2011), Francesca Schiavone (2013) and Martina Trevisan (2022).
