Taxman, Nordio: “Even an honest businessman cannot pay all taxes”

“Our tax legislation is full of oxymorons, if an honest businessman decided to hire an army of accountants to pay every last penny of taxes, he would not succeed because in any case some violations would be found, the rules contradict each other”.
