Sustainability, fintech and healthcare in the new masters of the Sole 24 Ore Formazione

The new training offer in the economic sphere of the Sole 24 Ore Formazione starts from the three most topical areas of the moment – sustainability, fintech and healthcare. The academy born from the partnership between Il Sole 24 Ore and the Multiversity Group (leader in the education technology market with the digital universities Pegaso, Mercatorum, San Raffaele Rome and the coding factory Aulab) aims to replicate the success achieved in Regulations and Taxes area. An area inaugurated in February with the Telefisco Master and the Accounting and Tax Master and with the record number of 1,200 members. The three new masters have a part-time formula, with lessons on Friday afternoons and Saturdays, in the classroom in Milan or online on the IT platform. The duration is five months (with a summer break), the modality is blended (synchronous and asynchronous) in order to combine the digital experience with contact with teachers and classroom colleagues and to reconcile training and networking with one’s own commitments work and personal.

It is, therefore, a complete, flexible and high-quality educational offer, enriched by a teaching body made up of university professors and leading professionals.

In detail, the part-time Master in Environmental Sustainability Management and ESG policies offers a training program aimed at training professionals capable of integrating environmental, economic and social sustainability issues into corporate strategies. The teaching staff is made up of university professors, established professionals and journalists from Il Sole 24 Ore and Radio 24, supported by great managers who will talk about the ecological transition underway.

The part-time Master in Fintech and technological innovation aims instead to develop knowledge and skills in the fintech field (financial innovation made possible by innovation) through a pragmatic professionalizing approach. Finally, the part-time Master in Healthcare and Health Management was created to train new professionals capable of facing the challenges of healthcare, a constantly evolving sector. The issues of business management, performance measurement, governance of the Italian healthcare system will be addressed, to then study the functioning mechanisms of healthcare companies, the issues of quality and risk management and, finally, innovation and ethics.
