Sustainability, 90% of global companies will increase green investments in 2023 – Corriere.it

In fact, according to a series of research conducted in the main international publications of the sector by Espresso Communication for Kone, a company founded in 1910, one of the world’s leading companies in the manufacture and maintenance of lifts and escalators, the “green revolution” in full development. The first confirmations in this regard come from a recent study by Esg Today, according to which over 90% of global organizations plan to increase their sustainable investments during the current year.

Furthermore, within the same study, there is also a real list of sustainable priorities established by the organizations: the top step of the podium occupied by energy efficiency (73%), followed by the reduction of carbon emissions (2 with 46%) and from the recycling of production materials thanks to the circular economy (3 with 38%).

Now a question arises: which industrial sectors are most affected by this green wave? According to Times of India, the first industry to be placed under the magnifying glass is the construction industry. Specifically, in addition to the choice of materials and waste disposal, attention is focused on lifts which, as also indicated by Entrepeneur.com, will be increasingly in demand in a high energy efficiency version precisely to push the construction industry towards a new and performing “sustainable age”.
