Grocery shopping is a daily habit, but which supermarkets make Italians more satisfied? The terms of reference to evaluate the shopping experience are different: the quality of the product, in relation to the price, the comfort, convenience and acceptance of consumers in the various points of sale. Altroconsumo collected and verified the degree of satisfaction with Italian supermarkets, interviewing 9,834 members, which made it possible to draw up a ranking of the chains preferred by customers, including hypermarkets, discount stores and local brands.
